"EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I paid $15.00 for some type of “premium” wash & my car is still filthy!!! Went to find a service member to show them the results and no body was there…all the doors were locked. I tried calling the phone number and nobody answers…it just rings and then hangs up on me!"

"I’d give -1 of I could. I went into this place; a quick oil change place, as I do all quick oil change places to have my tires checked/aired. As I was leaving dude with red hair had the audacity to say to me “We should be charging you but you’re set”. Like WTHK - NO! It’s air. Is it bc I’m under 60, and the assumption I can swat down for that process (ageism). Or is it bc there’s a ridiculous amount of auto repair shops that rip you off in Newaygo and they’re right up that alley on con-artists? Either way, the 99.9% convenience of going to quick oil change places providing the easy-unaltered day and time to air up max of 4 tires by respectful people regardless of visual age and location DOES NOT equate to this company’s reputation. Shameful"

"I put too much oil in my vehicle and they drained it out for free..i was so relieved, i just couldn't afford the expence of a full oil change at this time .just had it done a few weeks ago. So Thanks to the great personal in this place. You Didnt make me feel stupid. That was a big plus... Thanks for all your help today. And i will always bring my vehicles to you as i have for the last 10 years.."

"I went to get an oil change and they told me I wasn't due. They could have taken advantage of me but they did not! They added some radiator fluid and check the air pressure in my tires. I wanted a car wash and again was not charged. The owner told me to give the guy a tip who would be doing the car wash. I absolutely love this place and haven't gone anywhere else the past 4 years."
