"This is Bahaa Ibrahim. I saw your question that why left review without been a customer. I am costumer I just bought four ticket under my wife name. We had two bad issues with two employees. We talked to the employee they did not fix the problems they caused it. If you are the owner, go ask them. The employee who did the ticket for us said I have hotel in both ways in Dubai. After I paid the money and got the confirmation I found out that I have hotel only in way go, I do not have hotel in my way back so I have to stay over night in air port with my kids lay down on chairs. This is one of the very bad issue I got with this traveling office."
