"This place is like a joke I stand there while he was on the phone for 10 mins I was surprised that how kind of 5 start travel agency you are that don't offer domestic flights .it should be mentioned cause with the name of them I thought they would have tickets to Mars lol . I don't recommend this place bad customer service and there is just 1 person working ."

"Don’t go here He’s very rude and so disrespectful, I called to book a ticket for a friend and his response was I can’t help you I only book to Beirut Lebanon, tell your American friend to book with American people. He was on speaker I almost cried. It’s so embarrassing, me being Arabic, I didn’t know what to say to my friend I was so ashamed of this guy Please don’t go to him I wish I could give him zero stars."

They “act” as if they aren’t responsible for anything and don’t give any advice or fill out any papers you need for traveling. I will never come back to this agency and DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to them."
