"We used them for a closing on a vacant lot we Purchased in Traverse city. They completely botched the contact information leading to numerous property tax issues which we had to spend hours sorting out with the county and township. Once we figured out that it was negligence on the part of the title insurance company that sent us on this wild goose chase, we called their office to raise the issue...only to have Jodi tell us she didn't have time if we were calling just to complain. We told her WE were the customer who paid them to do a job and their inadequate service caused these issues and as a result she was going to listen to our complaint. Money was not the issue. The issue was them not doing their job, lack of attention to detail which resulted in hours of waisted time and unnecessary aggrivation."

"My experience with them is they don’t respond to emails and poor customer service. I thought providing an earnest receipt is standard after they received the fund, but not, you have to ask for it, they don’t communicate, you have to ask and follow up for everything multiple times. when you call they’ll (Holli) tell you they’re busy, you’re not the only file. I guess I’ll use a different company next time.. they probably too busy and overworked??"
