"Had a tour booked, communication planning and booking was great. Then about 4 weeks before our tour we had a family emergency and needed to reschedule or get refunded. Called and called, couldn’t leave a voicemail. Emailed and emailed with no return email. Still haven’t heard anything back 1 month later. Very disappointed. Will look at other businesses for future tours."
