"Been with CVS for a while now. It was good, and had no issues. Now I have had an issue and there is absolutely no way to call and speak to anyone. Looking for a good recommendation, and don't say Walgreens, they are no better."

"Not Very clean methadone clinic. Saw pharmacist picking his ear then handling pills before issuing them. Also watched them mislabeled and almost give out the wrong script to someone before the supervisor caught the mistake. Not a great place to contract AIDS. But they do have boxed wine so 2 stars for that."

"At first, my experience with CVS St Joseph was good. The customer service is going down hill. The pharmacy refuses to answer the phone. You can set in the lobby and hear the phone say “pharmacy” and no one answers it. Hire more people if you are understaffed. I know staff must follow corporate policies but come on. This pharmacy doesn’t seem to even try to accommodate customers. I’m not asking you to break the law in anyway, please be more customer friendly. I miss Vans Pharmacy! Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse. I have a Prescription that is not eligible for auto refill. What does the website say to do????? Anyone? It says to CALL the pharmacy. I’ve tried for hours. They don’t answer the phone. Thank you CVS great customer service. Thank you for caring for my health and always being there for your customers."

"Incredibly disappointed. Twice my prescription was sent to the wrong CVS. When I try to correct it and call, I'm left on hold indefinitely until the call eventually is ended from the other side. My doctor has done what she can. I called both pharmacy locations with no luck on correcting the error. No one answers to help me. My prescription will have to hover in limbo until I can figure out how to switch pharmacies and stop dealing with this whole mess."
