"unfortunately google doesn’t allow less than one star because the experience with this company has been DISMAL! As with all others whom have posted reviews regarding this company, Ivmyself have had none the better experience with this company. After attempting calling them for several weeks straight, leaving voicemails and being greeted by the prompt that ‘they Will call back’… not once have they answered the phone nor have I gotten a phone call back. They state they have served the defendant yet no collection was made… likely no effort was made. VERY unfortunate that the county does not consider a different process server to obtain justice for their constituents"

"Used them for process serving, but recently have gone way downhill. Provided them with a summons in July and they failed make attempts until I called them for an update in October. They only made two attempts and still demanded full payment. Will not use their services again. Unprofessional staff and service."

"Got billed for charges I paid in full 4 months ago. Zero accountability. Charging 0.84 per mile there and back is steep but they can add on after the fact, which is what they did to me. Would not send me a detailed invoice with dates as requested either."

"Worst company EVER! If you need to have someone served BEWARE of this company - it will never happen. They have a million excuses such as, "Oh, sorry, our process server didn't get the email", "The court didn't send us a new date".... HORRIBLE! They will take your money though..."

"Risk couldn't do their job if their lives depended on it. Took months to "serve" these former tenants due to their laziness. They may "try" once a week, but they don't really try to do anything but overcharge for very poor service. After months of waiting I had to take matters into my own hand and babysit them through the process, only to have them screw up sending paperwork to the courts (costing more and more time). Please do yourself a favor, find someone else. Risk is a waste of your time and money."
