"Bad experience. Unfriendly employees me and wif went in together shopped around picked up a few items. Went to pay I handed wife debit card and my ID for thier loyalty program. I went to go look at something thought about buying and I came back and the cashier asked who was paying my wife said she was and apparently the would not let her or me use loyalty program just because she said she was paying. Tried to explain and nope didnt matter. I'd give it stars if I could"

"The cashier was so rude there. I'll never visit that location again. I've never had such a rude, overbearing & hostile cashier anywhere. I'd never ever recommend this location to anyone! Go to any other location, Goodrich, not "good" in any form of the word!!!"

"Love the store. Cashier was a little off tonight was very grouchy to customers then followed it up with being nice. I.e. Don’t put those hangers there! Stop putting your stuff on counter it’s going to fall. I need your license, where is it? I can’t stop ringing until I have. Oh, Are you shopping for grandkids? (Smile face) Is this the only thing you got for yourself? (Smile face). This was customer in front of me. Me, I had 5 things, put a piece of clothing up on counter, she grabs it and slams it to back of Everything and told me not to put it there. Very bazar experience."
