"11degrees, snow storm, heater dies. Pack up the family and head to mother in laws for the night with an eye toward making calls first thing Monday morning. Did I mention Martin Luther King Day and massive amounts of snow mixed with biter cold? I make several calls to be met with “we’re only servicing existing customers. Good luck”. Call Hankwitz. I don’t know if they ever looked to see it I was or wasn’t existing a customer: They put me in the schedule and by 9am Jesse B was here and working. Now? Heats on and temp is rising. “Existing customer” won’t be a problem anymore. I’m a Hankwitz customer. I will recommend to everyone. I’m nothing if not loyal. THANK YOU HANKWITZ"

They showed up at our house in less than an hour (on a weekend), set heaters throughout the house to prevent pipes from freezing, and started and finished installing a new furnace by Wednesday!
