The Law Office of J. Jennifer Cleaver, the founder, is a Michigan State University alumna with a B.A. in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. She has been an active member of the State Bar of Michigan since 2010 and currently serves as President of the Mason-Lake County Bar Association. Jennifer and her husband Bryce, along with their three children, relocated to Ludington in 2015.

We offer estate planning services to help clients protect and manage their assets, appoint guardians, and make important decisions about their estates. We also assist in setting up new businesses, filing state-required forms, obtaining tax IDs, and drafting necessary documents. Additionally, we provide small estate administration and settlement services for probate cases.

Our estate planning process involves gathering information about assets, family, concerns, and wishes, discussing the best estate plan for the client, drafting documents, reviewing them with the client, and finalizing the plan. We also offer document production services for other law firms using state-specific templates and individual document editing.
