"Unprofessional experience with this firm. Charged for services not rendered, and when I requested clarification, I faced threats of collections. Particularly distressing was the interaction with Jennifer DeBeck, who responded to my inquiries with belittling comments, saying, “It’s a shame you are too ignorant to understand what a tax projection and bookkeeping is, although I’m not surprised since explaining anything to you was excruciatingly painful”. Such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable in a client-service relationship."
