"Not much to say had a case couldn’t get the help I needed had to seek help somewhere else, asked to speak with Mr. Krall but he was too busy. Update: with all do respect my case has been with your firm for a year and I have only spoken to Mr. Krall assistants/ receptionist, I have asked many times before to speak with Mr. Krall, there is no need for a consultation when you had my case for a year and didn’t speak to me not once. I will spend this time to grieve. Also I am thinking about reporting this to the attorney general this look more like a violation of the consumer act"
