"Please don’t not try to rent from this company they’re very unprofessional and their liars they have a woman by the name of Jenny that doesn’t know any of the codes to the doors and doesn’t have any other keys. They give you the Run around and once they take your money for the application fee you won’t hear anything goes from them and that’s how they’re paying their rent for the properties they own so please don’t waste your time with this company they are joke and a waste of peoples time"

"UPDATE AS OF 4:48PM 9/5/23 Mathew the property manager decided to call me and tried convice me to remove my post. I explained to him the reason why I had made my review and he aggressively called me a liar and refused to give me my money back. I AM SO GLAD I DID NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE! Be careful when applying or they will pocket your moneys as well. Please, Please, please do not apply here. They will take your application Money and will have your application in limbo for over a month and a half. There leasing agent Jenny was the most extremely disrespectful, unprofessional and disengaged leasing agent I have ever had to deal with. I’m pretty sure she pocketed my money order and led me on for a month and a half. Im glad I never got a chance to rent with them. I can only imagine what its like."

"It was an absolute pleasure, dealing with this company, over the past three years. Issues are always resolved, within a reasonable amount of time, if not immediately. The owner and staff, have always been pleasant and friendly, and they take all concerns, very serious. The only reason I left my little apartment, is because I bought a house. I highly recommend leasing through them, and if I were to ever buy another house, I would utilize their management services, to rent out my current house."

"HMS gave me an opportunity when no one else would. I have a low credit score due to a "slim file." I have an impeccable payment history but unfortunately it only goes back two years. HMS saw my potential and gave me an opportunity when others wanted to give me static about low scores and an eviction from ten years ago when I was going through my divorce. Mike was incredibly polite- I actually lived next door to him for over a year and a half and he was not only a great man to rent from but an awesome neighbor as well. He was always willing to go the extra mile to help me out with whatever I needed. There were times that the office staff were a little slow to respond- but it was because they had a rapid turn over. Once they were settled I never had an issue with getting in contact with someone from the office any time I had a question or a concern. The office staff was not only quick to respond- but showed genuine concern for any question I had. I loved renting from HMS. The unit I lived in was absolutely stunning. I would have gladly stayted for many years to come- but I got an amazing deal on a condo and it was too good to pass up. Even with that- they were more then willing to work with me and my move. I would recommend this company to anyone- especially people that are starting over again after a divorce or people trying to establish themselves. It feels good to be treated as a person and not justaaaaaa a passable income."
