Sam's Club

"I used to love Costco, but ever since the pandemic the employees act like they're doing us the favor by coming to work. They tried to control what we could buy and how much so I went over to Sam's club no questions, no problems and I don't feel like I'm being interrogated by just shopping and now Costco is checking member ID to make sure that you're using your own account. I don't need the hassle. I'm thankful for Sam's club and look forward to a long relationship with them."

"This place has gone downhill. The employees are very rude to you. If looks could kill I’d be dead. I’m not exaggerating the rudeness of some of these workers. (The sample people are very nice though) The rotisserie chicken warmer is ALWAYS empty no matter what time of day it is. I haven’t been able to get one in months. The parking lot is always full of garbage."

"I’ve called this store 7 times this morning to get help with a bakery question. 7 times!!! No one has answered in any department. How and why, would someone choose to spend their money at an establishment that cannot answer the phone? Customer service is the absolute worst. I will Not be renewing my membership."

"Store is good and employees are pleasant. My main use for Sam’s club is using the store pick up feature. The problem is that they take sometime up to 30 minutes to bring out the order. It would be quicker for me to run in and pick the order myself. It’s inconvenienced me many times as I’ve had to just leave because I couldn’t be late. Please fix the long wait times for store pick up and you’ll get 5 stars from me!"

"I’m so disappointed in the service I got from Sam’s Club yesterday. Picked up script, first the associate was putting my meds in a bag looked like it was use 10 times before putting my meds in there I let the associate changed the bag, then when I got home took the meds out the bag the seal on the box was broken and the box all bent up. I’m done doing business with them. The picture with the 2 boxes I’ve had them for a few months and the bent up one is from yesterday."
