"I am disappointed on the way Mr. Bieber updated my estate planning documents. Due to a health crisis, we decided to review the documents and found errors in both the Wills and the Second Amendment for the Trust. The Second Codicil for the Will states “this is my first codicil” not second which now voids out this document for both my husband and I. For the Trust, he missed the update on “My Family” either though it was updated on the Second Codicil for the Wills. Three attempts were made to have this corrected with no response. Now I have to either update it myself or engage another attorney. As for my son’s estate, him and his staff were great and I thank them for that. If you have them update your estate documents, please proof them before signing and leaving the office. Once you leave, it will be very difficult to get them to correct the errors."
