"Mr. Morad was the public defender in my sons case of trespass, for applying for a job at a public building, if you can even believe that such a thing could happen! Mr. Morad assured my son that he was a competent lawyer and would take his case. Mr. Morad told us that the prosecution had no evidence of trespass and therefore could not present it's case at time of final pre -trial. Instead of putting in a motion to dismiss Mr. Morad threw my son under the bus and slashed his throat in court. Put in a motion to prove him incompetent so the prosecution would not have to prove it's case. As if winding up in court on trumped up charges for applying for a job isn't traumatizing enough, Mr. Morad decided to take advantage of his position and protect the prosecutions case and ignore the best interest of his client with no hesitation of thought of the consequences to this young innocent man life. It was like we weren't even considered human to this man because we needed a public defender. Look elsewhere for a defense attorney, Mr. Morad is not on your side. His licensee should be revoked! Yes, Mr. Morad you threw him under the bus, the 2 days before the competency evaluation Mr. Morad withdrew as my son's attorney leaving him hanging without an attorney and by the way the competency evaluation proved Dane is competent! Plain and simple Mr. Morad had no intention of defending my son as a public defender. I fully understand what happened in court Mr. Morad."
