Always calling threatening to cancel if we don’t pay more money. Always have some mfr who you can’t understand trying to explain to you if you don’t pay we will cancel you."

I paid my insurance two weeks ahead of time and canceled the payment to use a different card still before my payment was actually due and they charged me 40$ I am currently canceling my insurance with them and finding someone else."

"They have decent prices on plpd (basic ) insurance is what I had on my vehicle at the time......what I didn't like tho is,,,,,, they didn't communicate properly. I had to call in for my bill to be sent to the house. I thought that was a standard thing to do so the customer knows when his/her bill is due. It just creates more issues that you as a company need.....and or to create."
