"Another attorney referred me to Robert Constan. I called Robert Constan and explained my situation frankly. Then Robert Constan gave me the phone number to yet another attorney and provided a fake name for that attorney because when I called the number given to me by Robert Constan, I was told there wasn’t an attorney by the name that Robert Constan provided to me. a few days later I called Robert Constan but Robert Constan became rude and short tempered even though I spoke respectfully. Then abruptly, Robert Constan said he would call me in a few minutes and hang up the phone angrily. But Robert Constan didn’t call me back even after ten days have elapsed. Robert Constan was a very rude person and possibly discriminated against me because I spoke with a unique accent. I don’t say this lightly because there have been a few instances over the years wherein several attorneys didn’t show interest in helping me when they heard my accent despite the fact that I had genuine case(s). It’s shocking to me but I’m not surprised that it’s the year 2022, and some of those who chose careers as attorneys are still promoting discrimination, ‘entitlement’ to a segment of the population, and other her malfeasances!"
