I said thank you I’m gonna go over there then he started to say that I need proof that I own a business. What I do and what business I own is my business I don’t who This person is all I can say is I hope that next time your more polite. Well off to Sam’s club to spend my money."

"Was good at first, prices were good. But currently won't shop here again. Prices went up and good luck finding anything and forget asking for help, their cellphones are more important than customer service. Plus, since they upped the price it's better to go to a smoke shop anywhere else since it's all Chinese cheap glass anyways."

"I heard about this place and finally visited. Walked in no problem, go on to find out you have to have a membership to shop there. 25 a year, soon to increase to 50 he said. well I just picked up a tray and the guy was nice enough to let me buy it without the membership it is a great place and they have a ton of stuff so you go through things the membership is definitely gonna be worth it."

"Went here for the first time last night and had such a pleasant experience. I showed up a couple minutes after 8, thinking that they closed at 9. As I was walking up to the door the workers were walking out and told me that they were closed. One of the guys named Anthony asked me what I was looking for and once I told him he went out of his way to take me inside to grab the product for me and cashed me out. I will be back because of him! He was very professional and informative. Whatever you do give this guy a raise because his customer service is outstanding! I will be back!"
