"Worst law office!! Do not go to this lawyer! Nothing but problems. Started the process at South Bend office, then was informed that we had to go to Warsaw office for everything after that. Misleading information every time I called. Anita would never get on the phone, so had to go by what the people answering the phone said anytime I had a question. Got so many wrong answers it was ridiculous. I don't know how these people are still in business. The only time I ever talked to Anita was when she called to YELL at me for calling the trustee. After 2 years of dealing with them we had our case dismissed just so we didn't have to deal with them anymore. That was not before she took her fee of $4000. We are now in a worse situation then before we filed. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE, TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT GO HERE!!!"

"Would never recommend this lady to nobody the worst lawer I have ever talked to in my life... Tried to say I was going to go to jail for a judgment that was against me.. turned out that was a lie went to someone else and they helped me with every step. The other lawyer told me she made that up just so she didn't have to deal with my claim. You cannot go to jail for a debt.. I hope this lady has to file bankruptcy one day just a flat out pos.."

"STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!! The worst attorney I have ever dealt with!!! I paid 1100.00 dollars and the attorney only ever spoke to me once!!! Don’t be fooled by the nice persona they put on when you call or go in for your first appointment it’s all lies!!! I was lied to during my first appointment( which I later found out) when I discovered the lies the girl named Lisa did nothing but argue with me telling me I was lying then proceeded to hang the phone up on me( she should be fired!!!) then I was accused of not bringing in documents or sending emails, when I had done both and had proof I had done both!!! They don’t do there job and then blame the client!!! Extremely unorganized!!! For my sake and anyone’s else STAY AWAY AND DONT GIVE THEM IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS they will be lost and who knows where they will end up!!! I will continue to post poor reviews in hopes that they never get to screw anyone else!!! Worst 1100.00 dollars I’ve ever spent!!! TBH they should all be fired and banned from ever practicing law again!!!"

"STAY AWAY!!! They are the worst most unprofessional people I have ever met in my life. After my first consult the lady was very helpful an knowledgeable. Come to find out before hearing when I was getting filed they fired her. No contact to let me know she was gone or who would be replacing her. Here all along I was told in was getting filled two weeks prior. When I called them they were like uum we haven’t even looked at it an that the other lady was gone. First red flag. Secondly I have never met the new attorney nor did they ever try to contact me on anything. It was always me. I get a letter for court date take off work to go an they never told me that it got canceled or anything or a new date. Red flag #2. I call the office cause I am upset an they hang up on me. Saying they busy an not their fault.RED FLAG #3.. Finally get court date an again never met the person who took over my case as it was all done by phone. Anyhow 3 months later I getting bills letters that wer supposed to be taking care of. It is included I my paperwork but they didn’t submit it properly. Red FLAG#4 Got letter in mail saying that I have one day to submit my post bankruptcy discharge course or it will be dismissed without the bankruptcy. Mind you not I done this course the day after filing 3 months prior an sent the office a copy. Conveniently they lost it or whatever happened never turned it into the courts so almost cost me another 500$ for their mistake. With that being said the bill I just got in mail is the last straw I taking with them. I going to file bbb an everyone that will listen. They are rude an disrespectful on phone an when they don’t want to answer you they put you on hold.. I have been hung up on put on hold for over an hour. DONT USE!! Trust me. Now you saying I was told it was not dischargeable in April, how is that possible when I have never met you nor ever talked to you on the phone. Only seen the one lady once an never met Anita my so called attorney who screwed up everything. I will stand my comment your people in the office are rude an disrespectful an hang up on people out of they don’t like what you have to say put you on hold in hopes you hang up. Again people Anita is all about money at her office and stay away. Once you pay your case is nothing to them. Now your reply is trying to lie. Really good look. Don’t worry I turned you into bbb an have wrote bad reviews on Facebook an Twitter an on Google! Going to keep it going so people hear how your office is.. I will not stop. You cost me vacation day for court that was canceled an not notified so you not only owe me for that I was told all debt was discharged cause of my income with the state. Again it was with the first attorney who I met with an knew what was going on."
