"I had an accident in November with one of their clients. I have not had any contact with the adjuster since the end of November. I have attempted to reach her many times. I leave voice mails for her. She has no interest in helping me. Then there was an appointment scheduled to have my vehicle repaired without my knowledge. I can't safely drive my van. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone that I know. Tey won't even write me a check for the damages. It's horrible how these people treated me."
"When I got this insurance I asked for same benefits and the same $500 deductibles that I had in my previous policy. Yeah when I called in a claim to get my trunk fixed, I was hit with $1,000 deductible in the winter kind that was supposed to be set up for me was never set up and had to pay a $50 deposit for the car and could only go 90 miles when I told them I have to drive back and forth from South bend to Elkhart each day to take my son to work. So my $50 was gone in 3 days when my car was in the shop for a week. I had to get a ride to the place to pick up the car and then there was no car available. I was stranded at the car shop and then at the car rental company so I had to delay put in my car into the shop until I got a ride to drop it off the next day."
"My wife and I recently had our truck break down, and we have roadside assistance on our policy. We had to have it towed, and much to my amazement they went above and beyond to help and to ensure that we were satisfied customers, which was fantastic as we haven't even had Liberty Mutual for long at all and they treated us as if they had our business all along. So nice to see a company that cares about not only getting customers, but actually keeping them as well. You have a great team!"
