"Talked to employee on friday, said to bring water sample in this morning Saturday. Came from niles, website said company was open, sign on door said company was open. They were closed. Have tried calling several times with no one answering and cannot leave a message. Terrible way to run your business!! Very disappointed I couldn't get the help that I needed after I was told to bring a water sample in today. Be nice if you could at least leave a message and get a return call. Bad business."

"Needed a new O-ring for the filter basket. Walked over to the wall, saw over 20 sizes...went back over to the sales counter, the young lady looked at the lid for the basket I had brought with me to ensure the correct size. Told me exactly where it was, on the display rack. Perfect fit. Walked around the store a little bit. Tremendous variety of chemicals, parts, and toys. This store is my new supplier for all my pool needs."

"Whoever the young lady was that was working there May 7th was AMAZING!!? As she was a couple weeks prior when I shopped!!! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and carried all my chemicals to my truck (I had back surgery and can't carry). She was THE BEST!!!!"

"I’ve spent hours researching pool pumps and replacing my current single speed pump, thought I had it narrowed down though still not convinced on upgrading to a variable and decided to call the store to ask about their in house warranty procedure. Rachel answered the phone, answered my warranty question and an awesome conversation ensued from there! She started asking me about my current set up, how long do I run the pump each day etc and shared so much knowledge about pumps that I clearly wasted my previous time researching online and should have called her. By the end of the call I had decided not only which pump I was purchasing, but they had it in stock and when I showed up she was even friendlier in person! The company is lucky to have her!"

"I've seen a few reviews about the online order and I should have listened. Placed an online order in the early am to pick up at lunch and went to the store to be told they don't have the order yet. Contacted them online and said it can take 48 hours for the store to get the order. Definitely not convenient and bless the man who was alone in the store when 9 people came in wanting to get samples analyzed. What a mess, I'll try somewhere else."
