"Went here while I was out shopping with my son. And I asked for a pack of cigarettes I don't smoke. Not realizing my mistake my son corrected me on what type I regularly smoke and because of him speaking they asked to id him. He is not 21 and doesn't smoke and they made a huge fuss over him telling me the correct cigarettes. Terrible business practice. Just spent my money elsewhere. "This store legit banned my sister for stating she stole something when she didn't. The staff of this store is insanely rude. They refused to produce the footage showing proof of her "stealing". I used to be a regular at this store and will not be returning. Update: the manager told me to Google the corporate number because it isn't even "provided to them" which is absolutely ridiculous. The number doesn't go anywhere. They've also left a comment asking me to email but I haven't received a response after reaching out. This company doesn't have any intentions of rectifying this situation."
