Walgreens Pharmacy

"Even if you have approved refills you still have to have your doctor call in and the you must do a follow up call. Every month this leads to delays, which is dangerous for many medications. Frequently, their phone number doesn't work , so you have to stay on top of even the most basic perception. More pharmacy staff are needed for this location."

"The worst customer service experience I had ever experience the pharmacist, and I had exchange words. She was very unprofessional. The fact that she kept going back and forth with me really puzzled me however I restart to the manager. He seems to be really understanding. I really hope that the manner was resolved because if she treats people like this on a day-to-day bit basis, I’m really not sure what to say. I just now as far as my experience, I will never come back there ever again it’s just horrible how they treat people or how I was treated that day."

"This place is awful. They're disorganized, often out of stock, suffer broken systems, and frequently close the drive thru gate 30mins before closing (even when there are cars in line). I'd need the pharmacist/pharmacy tech to explain why they took my paper prescription yesterday, but then didn't put it in the computer? Today she's called in and they're closed, which is fine, but since the script isn't in the Walgreens system it can't be filled at any other store. Why didn't you just enter the order when you held on to the paper script yesterday?"

"This pharmacy is a mess. They’re understaffed, their computers are down or malfunctioning, or they’re unexpectedly out of stock. There’s always something. Expect 30+ minutes in line every time you pick up a prescription and 15+ minutes every time you call them.Use any other pharmacy; do not come here."
