"I met Becky at the courthouse in Ludington. We booked a consultation and seemed to be a good fit. I paid the retainer fee. Went to Circuit Court for transcripts. Circuit Court worker obstructed by not allowing me to get the transcripts I wanted and called Becky's office without documentation asking her office what they wanted for transcripts. I then went back to check after a week, but nothing was done. No phone calls, no emails, no updates at all. So I went back 2 days later, and the same worker admitted she called Becky's office and would be doing so again she wasn't dealing with me and refused to get me info on the transcripts. 15 days after consultation, payment, and preparing to file the objection, the next morning, Becky backed out due to a confidential conflict of interest. Obstruction is being looked into. I have a video admission, and the circuit worker said all of this in front of the camera, recording all interactions between us over the course of this timeline. Just because you won't fight the case to the fullest extent of the law. Filing a grievance against the referee is not a conflict of interest because the courts can't be one. Last I knew, it was about the system protecting rights of and to the child, for the mother and father."
