"Avoid at all costs. The manager Bilal Sayyid, is rude and filled with so much attitude. He has no respect or manners. I’ve been going here for a few years, ran into this manager for the first time and I would never be back here again. The other manager is much better than him, at least he cares about his customers. Compared to Bilal, with high ego & rude attitude for a short person, who only cares about sitting on a chair and bossing his employees around rudely, and showing attitude to his customers. Disgusting."

"BY FAR THE WORST costumer service I have ever received. I work with autistic kids everyday I can handle a lot I have a lot of patience BUT HEDU in the Kroger pharmacy is not only a horrible employee but also a horrible person. The way she spoke to me , her facial expression and Mohammed defending her actions was honestly the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. Not only will myself but my whole family will never again go to that Kroger. I’m disgusted the way they treated me. HEDU should not be employed somewhere where dealing with employees"
