"Absolute trash service. Employer recently switched to them and their website won't allow me to update my address, phone number, or scripts. I had a doctor send in a script at least a week ago, and nothing. If you have medications that are necessary (e.g. insulin) then start planning well in advance. Absolute joke of a company. Whatever their service fees are, it's too much."

"I have always been impressed by by Birdi's rapid and efficient service, and I was especially grateful for it when an order didn't reach me (probably stolen from the porch). I was concerned. because I was very low on some of the meds. I contacted Birdi, and they managed to ship all three prescription the same day I contacted them, and they were received within two days. Thank you, Birdie!"

"I wouldnt even put a star if it was possible. This company has zero clue how to operate their business. Their employees are basically worthless to talk to, as they seem to never have any information. Something that is so easy, they cannot even fill prescriptions as prescribed by the Dr's. This company is so pathetic but my group chose this worthless company so I'm stuck with it. I quit taking my meds as I hate dealing with the stress this company causes. Their website also claims you can get a 90 day prescription but when my Dr sent in 90 requests they filled it as 30 days. Then told me I can't get 90 day prescriptions until they say I can. I've been taking these meds for decades and these game playing terrorists enjoy watching people suffer. You never get meds on time and my meds are ones I'm not supposed to skip any doses but these game players play their games every day."

"Birdi and Medimpact have made my life as a Type 1 Diabetic a complete nightmare for receiving, refilling, prior authorizations, and texts that tell me prescriptions have been shipped and yet they were not approved and not shipped! I never know what to expect, I started 5 weeks ago trying to refill prescriptions or working through Prior Authorization's, no one knows how to answer questions and it’s literally a complete run around! I am going to make a complaint to my state HR Divsion, I’m hoping the more that state employees complain, the state will drop Medimpact and ultimately Birdi Pharmacy as a vendor to us hard working state employees! Don’t use this mail order pharmacy!"

"This pharmacy has made my experience getting my prescriptions filled so much easier. My medication is often on back order or not available through other pharmacies and often requires me to call around to different pharmacies, the doctor and the insurance company. Birdi has made it much easier to fill my scripts and the customer service is amazing at reaching out to me if there are any problems. The only delay that I have ever encountered is if my meds are not in stock, but they keep me informed along the way and let me know if I need to find alternatives while I’m waiting. I would definitely recommend!"
