"The best pharmacy around. Very fast and reliable. Thank goodness, no more Walgreens, CVS, etc."

"Unlike my local CVS, I have always experienced professional and courteous service here"

"Called today to see if they could fill a script and Angie was super rude, like it was an inconvenience to speak to me and she didn’t have time for my questions. I understand guidelines, but you can at at least be nice when communicating them."

"I have used this pharmacy a couple times over the years and no problem. Today I saw my specialist and came in to pick up my meds since my pharmacy at home is having trouble getting them. I was met with a team member who could have been shooting daggers at me. She was vague about whether they would be able to fill the scripts today. My anxiety is high today and pain is even higher. A simple comment to me would have been “Why don’t you take a seat and we will check on these” instead she looked at me like I was a Alien. I then told her I drive a distance and her response was everyone of the Doctor’s patients say that."

"I had an outpatient surgery at Ascension Providence Hospital - Novi Campus and my surgeon wrote a couple of prescriptions for a couple of medications I would need post-op. In the recovery room the nurse asked if I wanted those prescriptions sent to the pharmacy to be filled (as opposed to needing to take the physical paper prescription to a pharmacy to get it filled.) I said yes and the next thing I know I'm being discharged and she's on the phone with the pharmacy trying to find out where my prescriptions are. I was a bit bamboozled to say the least, but then she explained that my prescriptions had been filled at the Ascension Providence Pharmacy and they hadn't had time to have someone run them up to me in the recovery room, so I would need my driver to pull around to the pharmacy after picking me up and call a number she wrote down for me when I was outside the pharmacy. (This all happened in less than 30 minutes from the time the pharmacy got my prescription orders until I was groggily sitting in the passenger seat outside the pharmacy.) We pulled up and I called the number and the person I spoke with knew exactly who I was, asked me to confirm my identity (name, date of birth, etc.) And then very quickly someone was out to the car, handing me my prescriptions and apologizing for not having them to me before I was discharged! I couldn't believe it! Hands down the fastest, friendliest, most caring and compassionate pharmacy I have ever interacted with! I wish I lived closer and could have them be my regular pharmacy! And bonus, the caps that they use on prescription bottles are locking/childproof, but can be flipped over and used as an easy open cap for those who have dexterity difficulties! One of the best accessibility features I've ever seen!"
