"Today, I had my rental for jets ski. It was fun! Highly recommend. Eric knows his stuff. Plus, he's good at rescuing. My ski tipped over and he was fast to rescue me. If you rent anywhere, make sure they are good at saving. Eric is the man. Saved my life. Good luck renting jet skis. Be aware, they can tip over. Highly recommend this place!"

"Renter Beware. Waited a while to write this, to reflect a little. Good news, "inside Eric" seemed quite nice, and this is one of the "lower cost rental places". The lower cost seemed to be associated with the age and condition of the pontoon boat we almost rented (estimated 2006-2008, with aged vinyl and quite a few seams separated in the seats). Note, big step down from my 25' Pontoon boat. "Outside Eric", who delivered the boat to Silver Lake, was unprofessional. May have been having a bad day, but never a good excuse for being rude. He yelled at my wife because she didn't understand the form (sadly, I was down at the dock waiting for him), called us "all drunk" because I had an "All Day IPA" at 1:30pm on a Sunday, and canceled our rental by getting in the boat and driving off (no explanation). Good News is we were able to rent a newer 21' Hurricane from Sail&Power the same day. Great people who restored my faith that people in TC are kind and courteous because they live in Paradise. They were professional, and we were able to enjoy our Silver Lake vacation. The one star is for "Inside Eric". Talked to him twice on the phone, seemed nice."
