"After a few months I decided to write this review. I've been a member close to 20 years. This C.U is completely garbage now. Weeks ago I was at this location and was cut off mid sentence by the drive thru teller and she shut her tv off on me. I walked in side to tell the teller please deposit my money and how rude she was, and asked to speak to a manager cause she kept running her mouth at me behind the glass I was told no management was available. After being called "ghetto trash" then her saying I wasn't implying that to you apparently she was talking about all the members! But wait it gets better! See the review about the teller with having dead plants yea that was her. Short curly brown hair glasses. Me just thinking she had a bad day I let it go. But then to read another review from another member she did the same to him. After the other teller deposited my money she asked do you still wanna talk to a manager? ??? Wth so 5 mins ago no manager was there all the sudden one appeared? I said no thank you I'm not wasting anymore of my time or energy with this bank. So the reason I'm also writing this now is I'm fed up. Numerous times including today I've went to the atm just for it to tell me it doesn't work. I wait behind 5 cars today to deposit money just to get up there and it's says not available. This happen last week as I was trying to deposit money at another location to leave for vacation the next day. CFCU do better, with your employees (the short dark hair glasses at centerline has an attitude too) and your ATMs. It's cool you build a multi million dollar building on van dyke just to have ATMs that never work.
