"Even know I been cashing my checks from the same company I work for for the last 6 months they made me wait 2 weeks with no explanation if you have bills don't get fith third cause they will destroy your credit if you have bills that are due and they want to play there stupid games once my money hits I'm draining my account and canceling worst bank in the world"

I drive from Armada to this location passing 2 other closer locations on my way specifically Because of the quality and professionalism I receive at this branch. The VP and his staff are absolutely amazing and has always gone above and beyond to meet my business needs. If customers are uncomfortable maybe they should use the drive through and not use a google review as a platform to express their frustrations with Covid-19. If the Manager was changed or how this branch operates I would close my accounts with Fifth Third and take by business elsewhere."
