"So I'm understanding if you have to close early but when it's 20 minutes before 3 and the sign says you close at 3 then stay open. This is the 6th time this has happened. Every other time has been with regular hours and they close 30 minutes to an hour early. I've been a faithful customer coming every week for the things I need for 6 years but I'm getting tired of using my gas to drive across town to something that is closed earlier than it should be."

"Giving a three star review because I thought the staff was rather judgmental. Walked in looking for high quality nectar collector and asked where I could find a nectar collector. Staff pointed me to the cheap little ones and said they were there. I asked about the one on the shelf to which her response was "you know that cost 289 right?". Rest of the encounter was rather awkward when I said it didn't matter. Been going here for years and this was the first it happened but definitely wasn't professional. Store has high quality products and a great selection. Will still come here but I'll make sure I dress the part next time"
