"Literally the worst company in history , I got a car back in 2017 , I was sold on I could finance for 24 months and pay off half and trade in , wrong it went from 24 months to a 48month lease , I NEVER GOT THE CAR REGISTERED AT THE BMV. Every single time I went to the bmv to see if they so called sent the title to them so I could register the car it was never sent I called brite several times asking them to just send a copy of the title to me personally but they couldn’t even do that I rode around with expired tags month after month from march 2017 until Jan of 2018. And now they keep trying to sue me for a car I couldn’t even register. And car I don’t even half that’s not even worth what they’re trying to sue me for . I had it set to where I could pay on pay day nope they changed that and the payment arrangement were made bogus."

"I’ve been with brite for a few years now & all though I’ve maintained my payments on time most the time, there has been times I simply just struggle. Brite & Shaina have never failed to work with me without issue. They don’t call me constantly or harass me. The professionalism & understanding Shaina continues to show me is exactly what a company should look for in employees ! Brite & Ms Shaina are hands down the best company I’ve ever dealt with. I would recommend 10/10 over most any day ! Thank you for continuing to be an outstanding company with caring & dependable employees."

"I have been with them for almost 5 years. Do not waste your money with them the customer service is horrid. Being nice and giving good customer service are two different things. They did not accomidate anyone during a pandemic or when people are searching for jobs. All in all you are honestly better off spending your money on a peddle bike or just walking."

"The company as a whole is kind of a scam. I fell into the same trap as many people here, not knowing the car was a lease until well after I signed a contract. That being said, there is one bright light in the company and her name is Juanita. She has been the absolute most helpful, nicest woman to help me through many difficult situations. I would normally not publish a review on this company because the previous ones speak for themselves, however I felt compelled to recognize this wonderful soul who deserves way more than she is getting paid, I'm sure. I will never use Brite Financial again, but I can only hope that I come across Juanita somewhere else in the future."

"This is by far the worst lending company to ever apply for a loan with. In 2019, I was tricked into a lease when I was informed I was going to be finance for a car. I was never late nor missed a payment, and in fact I spent over $4000 to pay the lease off a year before the last payment was due. I turned the car in, and before I knew it, a couple months later I received a credit alert stating that my credit score decreased by over 150 points, due to Brite financial flagged my credit report with a charge off for $233, which they claimed I owe. And the representative in the legal department claimed he personally sent a letter to my house stating that I owe a balance of $233. I never received any letter from them. And if they have always communicated with me by email, why would they send a letter all of a sudden. The letter they claim to have sent never arrived at my address. And the person from the legal department wasn’t helpful at all. After explaining to him that after I paid the car off and turned it in, Brite Financial still had in their possession my down payment which was a deposit I was promised to receive once turning in the car. That deposit was over $1200. There was nothing wrong with the car when I returned it, put side of it needing a new key fob, yet they stole my deposit and still charged me $233. Yet never sent any letter or itemize list showing how I owe $233. I recommend any and everyone to stay far away from that piece of s#!t of a company. They are scam artists!!! I’ve heard all bad reviews about this company after I was duped into the lease, but never thought that I would be writing a review due to these crooks taking my deposit, flagging my credit with a charge off and then lying about sending me a letter concerning what I owe them."
