"Went through the ATM drive thru to pull money out since they are part of the same ATM network as my credit union. (As of 7/3/23) Their ATM HAD A CARD SKIMMER. My debit card (which I only ever use to withdrawal money via ATMs) started to have suspicious purchases on it. Do not use the ATM here; and don't bother trying to contact them via phone. I had a 40 minute waitlist which I was put in via their "callback" feature and once the callback came in, I was again placed in a "hold queue" for another 10 minutes before I gave up. Terrible, so I guess I'll notify them via the reviews section. Maybe they'll get it faster."

"Sold my car to someone who banks here. We arrived at 4:45 pm to get a cashiers check which i understand is the end of the day for them, but people work so we were hustling to get there by then! The bank employees were clearly annoyed as could be and all moved very slow. The bank teller was also not paying good attention and misspelled stuff on the check so it took even longer because they had to do it over."
