"Terrible service here. The employees are extremely rude, and they refused to wait on my mother and myself without seeing our ID, but they’ll sell their vapes to 18 year olds with no issues. I would’ve given 0 stars if that was an option. Definitely not as welcoming as Green Bay."

"In all honesty, I wish I could give this place zero stars. The shop itself is over all amazing, the atmosphere is incredible everyone’s usually pretty nice!!! But! You have a worker there who is very immature and ignorant towards customers, specifically females. I had went in today (this being my second time at that store) and went to buy my vape. As I’m checking out and paying she asks if I’ve come in before, I said yes thinking wow!! Only my second time there and they already recognize me!! But no, not even close. She asked if I had knocked on a car in the parking lot, I said yes and explained that I was complimenting the wheels. She gave me a very judgmental look and a very unprofessional attitude and told me that it was her husband. I apologized and re-explained that I was just complimenting something. She continued to be very rude to me and!! My boyfriend who was with me. The other worker said nothing and watched it happen. I was there around 2:15-ish. I’d suggest sitting her down and talking to her or just hire better workers."
