"These 5 stars are for the Contact Center in corporate headquarters! I know first hand how hard they work in that department! My husband and I decided to get our car loan through Genisys due to another credit union not working out. Raja was our loan officer and from the beginning she was communicative and realistic with what we were looking for! We knew our interest rate would be a little higher with the year of the truck we chose, but the experience overall was just seamless and easy! Raja did a fabulous job! She requested information from us day one and we got it over to her right away! We had our loan approved and finalized in two days! I know that doesn't normally happen but I was super thankful for how hard Raja worked to get it done for us! I know this is a long review, but thank you Raja and thank you Contact Center for being such an awesome part of Genisys Credit Union!"

"The worst experience anyone could have spending their money. Went to return a damaged money order that i bought and that branch. I was treated like a criminal. I had all the pieces my id and account number. She was new she did it because she has a little authority. I asked to speak to the manager. Her response what for why??? I need to know why. Sat saw nobody so i left. I called numerous times left messages with the manager. No call back. Been here almost 30 years. Its more internal theft by unskilled employees than it is customers. If i could give Genisys zero stars i would."

"STAY AWAY, FIND A DIFFERENT CREDIT UNION AND/OR BANK!!! Seems as if 1 person runs the entire phone in customer service, was on hold for 45 minutes once, just trying to get a pay of notice on a loan. I will never use this place again. They call you for customer care and tell you to dial an extension to get back to them and never answer at that extension. All this to try to get a pay off on a car loan because I purchased a new vehicle. I don't know who runs this operation, but these types of shortcomings sink ships really easy."
