So they lie snd tell you whatever to get you to sign a commitment that's stress inducing and barely realistic of a viable option places like thus should have stipulations put in place so it's not geared towards the customer to fail do they get paid even more in fees and penalties."

"Theyre most certainly not friendly with helping customers who are disabled. A friend of mine who is deaf ask if theyre a better way to communicate instead of talking on the phone and they refused to help. Told him this is the only way they can work but I know for a fact this another to communicate but the lady refused to do anything else and had an attitude the whole time then text him saying when you ready to talk call me"

"Everything I was told over the phone with Express was false once I arrived at the dealer. This is how...I thought to try this company because of it's internet rating and their ad states guaranteed financing. So I filled out the online application and received a call shortly after from an Express representative saying that I was approved and we scheduled an appointment at their reccomended dealership for the next day. Later that same day I canceled the appointment due to the lack of inventory at the dealership. I received a call the next morning from a representative who said that they do have vans at the dealer so I drove an hour to the dealer. But no vans, after another hour to find this out, they did have a nice truck and I'm pre-approved, so why not? After another hour of paper work and waiting another hour for the financing guy to come from the back office, I finally found out that I was turned down for approval. Financing guy said that I would have to make a big down-payment repeatedly. So I finally asked, what do you consider a big down-payment? He replied $4,000. I was about to agree to the terms but I remembered that the only reason I chose to go to this particular dealer is because the representative of Express told me earlier that I was approved for $29k loan with no money down and they have vans. So I walked out. Thanks for Wasting my time Express and Auto Connection."
