"Oxford Bank will NOT protect your money! Oxford Bank refuses to thoroughly investigate fraudulent charges with their provided debit card. The disputed amount for a clearly fraudulent charge from IKEA was $1229.18. They refuse to let me talk with their fraud department, explain why the clearly fraudulent transaction went through, and what they did to investigate the charge. Oxford Bank refuses to give me my money and claims that it was a legitimate charge even when it clearly was not I am willing to be reasonable and modify or delete this review if a solution can be reached between myself and Oxford Bank"

"Oxford Bank used to be a great place to bank with, now that they have been bought out things have been going down hill. Their branches are now closed on Saturdays and only open 9-5 Monday-Friday. The normal working people in the area usually work during those same hours. When can they come in? Sure they have the drive through, but guess what you can't do certain things at those windows, which makes it mostly useless except for the most basic of transactions."
