The UPS Store 33717 Woodward Avenue, Birmingham, MI 48009

"I frequently stop by this UPS store on my way home from work (at least 4 days a week). On every visit, I have been met with the nicest employees and best customer service! Unfortunately, I don’t know all the employees names but I do want to thank London, Jenna, and Brandon for their amazing service! I just moved and will no longer pass this location on my way home. Even though my new commute passes two other UPS Store locations, I would be willing to go out of my way to this store."

"I visited this store without taking my printed shipping label, The staff didn't charged for prints and so far visited for more than 5 times and the experience was always good."

"Do not come here! Take your business to one of the other locations on Woodward. I needed to print one black & white page, which at most other locations will cost you 21¢ on a flash drive. Well, this franchise prefers extortion. They wanted $3.18 for one single black & white print. Ridiculous! It is clear that this is a problem, because other reviewers have had the same exact issue. This franchise needs to bring themselves in line with the other UPS locations in the area. I’ve seen that the franchise’s response to this is that they let customers know ahead of time, and even after I told the employee I had to print out a label, they failed to mention anything about pricing. Employees at the other locations on Woodward were upfront on pricing and even helped to discern the cheapest ways to print!"

"London is by far and away the best employee UPS has ever and will ever hire. She is incredible nice and passionate about helping customers and always goes above and beyond to help me. This store is full of wonderful nice people and London especially is fantastic at her job"

"I would have given less but it is not possible. I don't know when it happened. I mean, nice people USED to work there. Three out of 4 employees acted a though they were doing me a favor, did not look for alternative ways to help me, and were basically ignorant. I wish I knew the person's name who should go work for the Royal Oak UPS where there are nice people. I went THERE and Troy saw the same problem in printing my return label. He was patient and figured out he could take a picture of the label on my iPad, enlarge that, and print it. I had had several negative experiences at the Birmingham UPS and even told the wonderful Fed Ex lady I DREADED going there because the majority of the staff were so toxic. One time this employee told me "We don't print labels" in this really bad for business tone. I live closer to the Birmingham store but would gladly drive the distance to the Royal Oak Store."
