The UPS Store,

"Do not use the finger print kiosk here. Although it is not the fault of the UPS Store, but they have this piece of garbage in their store, so here we are. The kiosk provided by Sterling Identity is not calibrated correctly, capturing only partial prints when it is actually able to detect the finger. Calling Sterling I was told a wait of four minutes, followed by a 10 minute wait and then being disconnected. Horrible service."

"I came to the store for a fingerprint scan for a background check ,at first the three young ladies got me set up and things were progressing fine. I have had to have electronic fingerprinting for employment in the past at various facilities without any difficulties,today the scanner was having issues I asked for some help in between them complaining about other customers or disappearing all together,when I flagged someone down a couple of times they told me to just play with it, I finally got through the process and I asked them if anyone else had any difficulties they said yes some folks had , I advised someone needed to do something about it, one of them smiled and told well there is nothing I can do about it today and giggled ,I think she missed the point that someone needed to get it fixed at some point,this facility needs some grown ups on the clock."

"Very clean and stock kept up to speed. Very polite and courteous staff and super fast at moving customers along especially at holiday time. I want to give employee #275426 a special thank you I was new at sending package very helpful she explained everything without making feel embarrassed very good worker they all were store well stocked and super clean"

"I would just like to say thank you to one person who works here. Everybody is friendly at this location, but there is one person who might be the manager. She is always complementing her customers trying to brighten their days!! I want her to know her compliments don’t go unnoticed. A compliment has been given to me in the past, but I’ve also witnessed her give compliments to other customers while I was waiting in line. She can tell a simple gesture can brighten somebody’s day.
