I called multiple times, at different times of day. They also have no FB presence I could find to reach out on. They won't get my business."

"Mike the owner is not a nice man. Came in for fingerprints and rudely asking me to stand in a certain spot… how about asking nicely? Then issue with my married name. Called indentigo and they solved the issue and said it was fine. Their customer service far better than Mike. Customer Service goes a long way. And being nice to people."

"Went to get fingerprints. Guy there has an ego bigger than Atlantic Ocean. My attitude towards him was a direct reflection of his attitude. He refused to do my prints because I was "abusive". How? Because he had an attitude I adopted? Sir, because I was hostile toward you does not constitute abuse. If you think hostility is abuse you definitely have a huge ego. UPDATE: I just read the reviews on here and it seems I'm not the only customer who has had issues with the guy. He's rude, and doesn't believe he has to explain anything to you and will argue with you then tell you to leave because he isn't there to be abused by you. You would think the owners or manager would be more inclined to take customer reviews more seriously and look into this issue. Also, looking at the reviews: Regardless if the issue is with IdentoGo equipment, it is YOUR EMPLOYEES that handle the fingerprinting which is a direct reflection on you. I also noticed the responses back to customers regarding your ratings was also sarcastic, negative and rude, doesn't accept responsibility for employees or their attitudes, just makes excuses. No wonder your ratings are poor. Poor customer service, rude employee. The lady, however, was nice."
