"Has been to this store a few times and receive inaccurate info multiple times. Jason is a nice guy but has cost me money several times providing the wrong information about my account. He took my work badge for the teachers discount said that all I needed, called customer service today nothing was applied to my account . This is the 2nd time this has happened at this store"

"I recently visited this AT&T location and I’m very pleased with the customer service! I was greeted and assisted by the store manager, Kevin Baker. He explained to me the several price points that AT&T offers and made sure I got the cheapest deal available. He also printed out a detailed quote and explained to me how the bill would break down towards the first 3 months of service as well as what it would look like moving forward. Kevin and his team were very knowledgeable and made sure all of my needs were met. I also would like to add that I am not very tech savvy, but he made sure to show me how my new phone works!
