"I applied for a loan and it wasn't even that big of a loan it was like a $5,000 loan just put a down payment on a decent vehicle to get back and forth to work and they told me no even though I make 6 000 to $8,000 a month. That's sad that they can see that I can pay off just that little bit of money and said they refuse me because of whatever reason. Do not bank here"

"Yeah a very garbage place to bank at it's even worse to get a mortgage through this place. I applied for a simple vehicle loan to make sure I can get back and forth to work securely and they didn't even inform me that my application was denied they just threw it in the trash and didn't even bother calling me I had to call them. As it goes for loans and all that stuff I would say no on Independent banks part and I would not recommend it to anybody"

"never had any problems with any bank but with this one I had multiple. Not only do they make excuses for messing things up but they try to blame you for their mistakes and take no accountability. I ended up closing my account and I highly suggest nobody banks here. One good thing I can say is there are a few workers at this location that don’t deserve the hate and I hope they go find another bank to work at one day. Some of the other workers though are just rude and could care less about you."
