"I went to this store on September 29, 2021 I was putting numbers in the man he say his name Steve was very rude I was asking a question and he was ignoring me and admitted he was then with attitude he ask what I wanted so after that I said sir can you check and see if I won off one of my tickets after that he steady having attitude with me I was in a Very good mood to and insult too me really was wrong so at this point he goes to raise his voice cause I guess he doesn’t know how to check & I ask him why are you raising your voice because I’m not and I let him know I’m in a very good mood this man Steve told me to shut up very aggressive & at that point I let him know his voice doesn’t scare me & too give my money back I will not patronize a establishment that has no respect for women or our people. Lou use to run this establishment but I see he is no longer in there I have been going there since my children were little and all of them are now grown. Please take your money somewhere you are respected please. I’m tired of people getting disrespected and we the reason your business is still running in the urban community. Very disappointing"
