"Do NOT rent from this place. They neglected to take care of this leaking pipe for MONTHS until it flooded my mothers storage unit. You can see that there’s a piece of dry wall to “fix” the problem when any idiot would know that dry wall will not stop a leaking pipe…they claim they didn’t neglect it. Then they say they aren’t responsible for damages because it was the other tenants toilet and only responsible if they were to neglect the leaking, which they did. Horrible management from Loretta and the rent keeps increasing each year with no remodeling or updates. The 5 star reviews you see are not from actual tenants."
