"Been here 6 years and just wish they would update interior for tenants with normal wear and tear especially ones like myself that pay rent on time and never missed a payment. Hannah the manager is so nice and tries to help as much as she's allowed by owner.. Really do love living here. Just wish owner would take care of longtime tenets that really need updates inside apartments!!! Especially when rent continues to get raised for outside appearances. Which I understand but there are no amenities here so would really like inside updated from normal wear and tear. Which I always thought that they (meaning all landlords) had to update paint, carpet, every 5-7 years, bot just when someone moves out? I could be wrong on that but I rented a few homes in GPW before here and they always did that there. It really is a great location and I like it here except for updates."
