Metro East Apartments

"Management has changed twice in one year, one manager took three months (i am not exaggerating) to answer my phone call. I called to set an appointment for a lease renewal and it took her three months to get back to me. The current manager now seems more reliable. The buildings are nice, the apartments are roomy, and the price is not unusually high. The parking lot needs repaving badly, and the grounds leave alot to be desired. But for the price of rent it's decent enough. My neighbors are great. The city noise is not too bad. Its comfortable. Their biggest room for improvement is the accessabilyof their management team."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. Management is terrible. The hallways stay dirty with trash. You can smell everybody food cooking. They keep going up on rent and nothing is updated. Walls are thin, bathrooms and kitchens are old. Out of all the units only 10 of them have central air. All these new people moving in thinking they got a deal. I hate it here so much. I swear you will regret it. If you 6 days late on rent expect an eviction notice on your door. I would not recommend these apartments to my worse enemy."

"My neighbors constantly tell me stories of them having roaches, bedbugs and spiders. A few years back my block had cockroaches in one of the apartments, they called in an exterminator to kill them and spray a "roach barrier" in the other apartments. They broke some of my things in the process, the apartment manager simply said they would get back with me and never did. I've seen (and smelled) skunks and opossums in the area. All dumpsters were moved from their convenient places just outside each building's center doors to the corner farthest from any of the doors. It's almost impossible to get a hold of Management. ( Mondays and Fridays ONLY!) The coin operated washer and dryer are broken about 95% of the time."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!! My roof was leaking the wallabout to fall literally I had to beg management to fix it for over 20 days while my property was damaged water on my queen mattress they did not replace it. Dust from maintenance I cleaned myself all.over my apartment . They do not communicate well no one is in the office ever and will over charge you.. But will collect your rent. Roaches are inside the building. Do not pay the 710 in rent. Not professional and potholes in the lot. Owners are manipulative."

"Horrible experience. Roaches and spiders are a constant issue no matter how kept the apartment is. Been an issue for OVER 2 months. Neighbors are noisy above with thin floors. Constant complaining about the noise and traffic with no help from management and it’s unsafe. Find somewhere else!"
