"This place is phenomenal. VAST selection of vinyl both used and new, and the same for CDs and DVDs. There were even a few cassettes and video games! I love that the space is not crowded, cluttered or run-down, which is the case for most used record stores (it’s sometimes part of the charm, I know). The guy behind the register was extremely helpful and nice. Will come back for sure. Another highlight for me is that it stays open late (for a record store, I mean)."

"Just getting back into vinyl and CD’s. Have been to several local used record stores several times immediately with enthusiasm for the re engagement of an old hobby interest. I was excited to go to both Encore records and Media Exchange. Encore was great and they guarantee that the albums don’t skip. If they do they will take care of it so that the loyalty and good will is preserved. They inspect and rate the condition of everything as does Media exchange. After spending $260 at Media I discovered two skips on the first disc of a two disc Rolling Stones album that was marked “VG”. I paid $24.99 for that specific album set. I respectfully emailed to inquire about an exchange or a refund only to be told by the owner that they don’t cover that. Moreover, he claimed that he didn’t know of any record shop that did… kind of a rough attitude after a $260 purchase that will now translate to much, much more in terms of where I spend my time and money in the future. Can’t recommend this place. Take the money and run doesn’t work for me. Update: Wazoo also covers against skipping records. Going there today."

"Great selection of media (old and new school American, kpop, anime, games, and more). Relaxed environment to shop in - I felt nostalgic but also found a newer kpop album called layover that had photo cards I was missing. Checkout was easy and the employee working the counter was friendly."
