"Can’t get ahold of property manager ever. Mice coming in to visit my perfectly clean apartment from apartment across hall because the opening on my entry door has a considerable gap. Paying 1100 for mice and mediocre remodeling, half way maintenance, literally couldn’t be anymore upset about deciding to spend my money here. Do yourself a favor if you’re considering this place and forget about it"

"Terribly " managed" apartment complex. they change management every month. cant get ahold of anyone. i regret ever moving in. I moved out in october due to learning my abusive ex was getting out of jail and i didnt want him knowing where i lived. now here i am in december and after paying everything, theyre claiming i owe them another 3k. stay far far far away from this place. you will get scammed."

"SLUMLORDS. they are evicting tenants out without giving documents to go to court to make sure they don’t lose their apartment. The manager older lady short hair very rude on phone when asked if it was anything they could do to work it out she said no they about to come put stuff on curb. Multiple evictions done on a Monday morning. Noticed put up Sunday afternoon. Photo of manager"

"Worst apartment complex I have lived in. Avoid at all costs. Maintenance is unreliable. No property manager to contact. No one ever picks up the calls. The given washer and dryer is non-functional and not fixed or put any notice after requesting maintenance. I paid rent on time, but was sent a notice for being late, as no manager was there to collect the rent causing unnecessary inconvenience. When I moved in two months ago, I was told gas was covered in the rent. However, they tell me via email that gas is my responsibility after suffering through 4 days of harsh cold weather without any heat. No one even bothered to pick up the call after calling continuously for 4 days. I was also promised washer and dryer in the apartment within a month during moving in. It has been over 2 months, but no washer or dryer has been provided."
