"The person overseeing the mortgage process was extremely rude several times when I asked questions concerning the process. I even told him I didn't appreciate his rudeness several times. We were late to the closing because he didn't tell us where it would be. We started the process at our local bank (everyone there were polite) so we assumed it was to close at the bank. By time I got a hold of him the day of closing we were an hour behind and he then informed me the closing was at the title company 25 mins away. When I asked him why he never informed that the closing wasn't at the bank he said "all closings take place at the title company and you should have known that." I have had three mortgages in the past and they were all held at the bank. I then told him he was being rude to me he suggested next time I should ask where it's being held and it wasn't his fault or job to tell me."
